Serious allegations against martial arts star Conor McGregor: A woman accuses the Irishman of sexually abusing her in a toilet after an NBA game. An investigation is ongoing.

The NBA and the Miami Heat have opened an investigation into allegations of sexual abuse against martial artist Conor McGregor. The 34-year-old Irishman allegedly assaulted a woman in a restroom after the fourth game of the NBA Finals between the Miami Heat and the Denver Nuggets in June. McGregor’s attorney said the mixed martial artist, who has not competed since suffering an injury in 2021, denies any wrongdoing.

The alleged victim wants to reach a settlement

The woman immediately reported the incident to the authorities. She strives for a settlement to avoid a dispute in court. In the attorney’s letter, she requested financial compensation from McGregor as well as from the NBA and the Miami Heat for hosting the game and being responsible for the security staff.

McGregor made an appearance with the Heat’s mascot during a break in the June 9th basketball game. He hit it so hard that the person in the mascot costume needed medical attention.
