The poor communication in the Corona crisis in Germany is repeatedly complained about. Neither has it been possible to communicate suitable protective measures quickly and clearly, otherwise one would no longer be sitting around between plastic walls in the restaurant. At some point, most people stopped being interested in corona rules in terms of understanding them. And it was missed to raise the vaccination rate to a level with which one can now prepare as best as possible for next autumn. In view of other crises that are also relevant to health policy, such as climate change, the next wave of pandemics, a war that is only geographically close: what has to happen so that simple, direct communication between science, politics and the people affected works better?
