Of course, everything can still go well for FC Bayern. The statistics even say roughly how high the chances are: Four times in the history of the Champions League since 1992 has a team managed to turn a three-goal deficit (or more) from the first leg. FC Barcelona has been involved in these rare events three times, both on the winning and losing sides, but never FC Bayern or Manchester City. The latter would have to change next Wednesday to give the people of Munich and especially their management a simple way out of the current situation.
