Column by Heribert Prantl: People must be able to die with dignity – opinion

column by

Heribert Prantl

The law must not imprison a man in his terminally ill body; it must not condemn him to eternal suffering; the law must not punish him by not letting him die. And one should not come to the people who dread vegetating and an end in diapers with God, whom they should not tamper with by committing suicide.
