When it comes to activism and civil disobedience, Manon Gerhardt, 51, is actually a professional. But before this weekend she slept badly, so hardly. The first action, which she organized largely on her own, is to take place on Saturday at 10 a.m.: in the middle of Berlin’s main train station, a total of 20 activists, “creative, very beautiful and minimally disruptive” – but then police officers roam the building and of all places where they want to protest, the station mission has set up an advertising stand. The appearance had been prepared for weeks, says Gerhardt. “I can not believe it.”
