An all-rounder for old and new buildings
The Hybrox is alpha innotecs The answer to the heating transition and meets the requirements for future-proof new buildings and renovations. Whether renovating old buildings, retrofitting or new construction – the new air-water heat pump can be used flexibly. With flow temperatures of 70 degrees Celsius and a heating output of up to 8 kilowatts, it offers a powerful solution for both heating and cooling needs.

Climate-neutral refrigerant – the heart of the device
More than two decades of experience with natural refrigerants went into the development of the Hybrox. The result: a heat pump with excellent heating and cooling efficiency and an impressive climate footprint. Propane (R290) has almost no greenhouse effect and is more efficient than other fluorinated refrigerants, meaning higher flow temperatures can be achieved at lower heat source temperatures for heating and hot water preparation. That’s why the state supports the use of the Hybrox heat pump with a special bonus of five percent in addition to the existing funding.
Sound-optimized and quiet in operation
The heat pump from alpha innotec also scores points with its sound-optimized and quiet operation – a factor that is becoming increasingly important given the increasing use, especially outdoors. The Hybrox runs whisper-quietly and even has a night mode that guarantees an undisturbed night’s sleep.
Managing director Marco Roßmerkel continues: “We have been optimizing heat pump technology since 1998. The new Hybrox is the result of permanent innovation – and refutes all common prejudices against heat pumps; especially in terms of energy consumption, volume and possible uses.”
Variants and options
The device is available in two versions: While the Hybrox 5 can generate a building heating load of up to 6 kW, the Hybrox 8 produces up to 9 kW. Both models offer various connection options, including two different hydraulic stations and hydraulic modules or a wall controller. At 122 (Hybrox 5) or 133 (Hybrox 8) kilograms, the Hybrox is a real lightweight. The assembly and commissioning of the heat pump also runs smoothly thanks to the intuitive installation and operating concept and the prefabricated connection set.
