Climate Friday: who to vote for? – Knowledge

Two days before the election, I don’t want to bother you with my visions of the end of the world, I just want to briefly give four tools to those who are still hesitating about whom to vote.

The Voting machines You probably know the Federal Agency for Civic Education, but it is always worth checking where you agree with which game or where you cross.

The same applies to the Tinder age at Election swiper, you can only tick yes or no … – no, not, you swipe right and left and then you know who the chosen one … well, you can see from the crooked formulations, maybe love and sex are after all something other than politics.

I found it more interesting “Your whale“What counts here is not what the parties claim and promise in their election programs, but only how they actually voted on various topics and what they actually did. The questions are based on real votes from the last legislative period.

If you don’t feel like clicking like that: My colleague Michael Bauchmüller has again examined what the voters can expect from the various parties in terms of climate. Spoiler: The AfD wants to “respond positively” to climate change and considers all climate goals and agreements to be nonsense. Bauchmüller goes through the important topics, living, electricity, industry, mobility. It’s exciting to see that suddenly everyone wants to expand the railway after 40 years everything has been done to destroy the Federal Railway.

Lastly, the podcast episode of the series “Das Thema”, in which Michael Bauchmüller and Marlene Weiß discuss the climate programs of the various parties, is interesting. (Did you know that? The left, which sees climate protection as a question of justice, suddenly overtakes the Greens in terms of content. Of course, it is wondering how it would implement everything it is now promising and demanding).

Whatever you think, whatever comes out, go vote.
