Climate activists disrupt concert in Lucerne – Munich

Vladimir Jurowski is a maestro – in many ways. The general music director of the Bavarian State Opera demonstrated this this Friday evening at the “Lucerne Festival” when climate activists glued themselves to his conductor’s podium. The Bavarian State Orchestra was a guest there as part of the tour celebrating its 500th anniversary. The program included Richard Wagner’s prelude to Tristan and Isolde, Robert Schumann’s Piano Concerto in A minor and Anton Bruckner’s “Romantic” Symphony.
