RTL and Bertelsmann want to sell five individual magazine brands and two company investments from the Gruner + Jahr portfolio. The company is now announcing that it has reached an agreement with its first buyer: the popular science magazine p.m goes to the GeraNova Bruckmann publishing house. According to a statement, the Munich-based publisher will take over the entire brand. In addition to the magazine, editorial staff will also move to the new publisher.
