City trip: What makes the World Heritage city of Erfurt so special – travel

It would actually be time now, says Maria Stürzebecher, for a new treasure. And it’s obvious that she would like to jump up and start looking straight away. The art historian is one of the two representatives for the UNESCO World Heritage Site in Erfurt. In September, the city was awarded this title for its medieval Jewish sites. And Maria Stürzebecher already knows where she wants to continue looking.
