Thus, he wants to “protect the activity, the economy and the population”.
Encourage vaccination
Its objective is to encourage vaccination, “for want of being able to make it compulsory as it would like”, to reach 80% of the vaccinated population by the end of the summer and to “start to acquire a certain immunity ”. By the end of the week, 63% of metropolitan residents will have received their two doses of vaccine.
