Chris Tall needs surgery. The comedian may be out for a few months.

Due to an upcoming operation, Chris Tall (30) will be out “for several weeks, if not months”. The comedian did announced among other things on his homepage. He has had severe pain in his foot for a long time. Therefore he had to be operated on at short notice.

In addition, Tall had to cancel all upcoming shows on his “Beauty needs space!” tour in March, April and May without replacement. The comedian and his team hope to be able to hold the dates planned from June again. Ticket holders can return their tickets to the known advance booking offices.

“I puke myself”

Even on Instagram Tall reports directly to his fans with a video clip. He also has “unfortunately very bad news,” comments the 30-year-old. The comedian was really looking forward to being on stage because “these live shows just can’t replace anything for me”. At the moment he is “not in the mood to laugh” and he will have an operation next week.

“Believe me guys, I’m throwing up myself. I was so, so, so looking forward to it,” Tall continues. He even despairs a bit. First he waited around two years because of the pandemic and then he couldn’t perform “because of that shit”. He also had to cancel his TV engagements. The comedian tries to take the whole thing with humor, but it’s still bad for him.

In the comments, fans and colleagues showed understanding for the cancellation and wished Tall a speedy recovery. “Get well soon – your health comes first – head up,” wrote moderator and comedian Guido Cantz (50).
