When Bayerischer Rundfunk (BR) thinks about program reforms, formats that are outdated are often threatened with trouble. Several cultural programs on the radio station Bayern 2 are currently worried about their existence. Some have still managed to withstand the storms of digitalization, tri-medialization and austerity. A broadcast slot that only takes up five minutes a day in the BR radio program proves to be extremely stable. This children’s show that has the title Bedtime treat is now 70 years old.
