Children from the Ukraine: From the war to the school desk? – District of Munich

Every day people who have fled the war zones in Ukraine arrive in the district of Munich: women, some men and above all children. Children who fled from bombs and shelling and who are now supposed to find refuge here, an everyday life that gives security again. Therefore, many volunteers in the district try to welcome the arrivals. Schools in particular are getting involved and taking in the refugee children and young people in an unbureaucratic manner.
