Nobody can get past Ed Sheeran in the charts. Without exception, German acts follow in places two to five. And what is Udo Lindenberg doing in the single charts?

Superstar Ed Sheeran can celebrate his fourth number one album in the German charts. “-” (pronounced “Substract”) landed well ahead of the anniversary edition of the 30-year-old classic “Kauf mich!”, which brought the Toten Hosen a second-place finish, as GfK Entertainment announced.

Singer-songwriter Reinhard Mey comes in third with the live recording “In Vienna – The Song Maker -“. Pop singer Olaf der Flipper (“Thank you”, four) and singer-songwriter Lea (“Bülowstrasse”, five) complete the top 5.

In the single charts, Udo Lindenberg and Apache 207 are in first place for the 13th time with “Komet”. Katja Krasavice (“women”) starts directly on number two. The next places are followed by reezy & Luciano (“Expensive Shit”, three), Apache 207 (“Ninety”, four) and Yung Yury & Damn Yury (“Taboo.”, five).
