Everything was going well for Finn L. (name changed) in his job as a young lawyer. After completing his studies, he got a job in a major Munich law firm in January 2008 and earned very well. Privately, however, the now 43-year-old apparently overexerted himself. In the meantime, Finn L., as he said on Monday in front of the 3rd Criminal Chamber at the Munich I Regional Court, is now just a lawyer. The bar association for the Munich Higher Regional Court has now revoked his license to practice law. “I don’t know what was wrong with me,” said L., looking at the past few years at the beginning of the trial.
