CGT Energie plunges the Pro D2 match between Agen and Nevers into darkness

A rugby match interrupted by the CGT 47. The Pro D2 meeting between Agen and Nevers was interrupted on Thursday evening by a power cut in the 50th minute of play. The Armandie stadium in Agen was plunged into the black, as well as the entire surrounding district, while Nevers led the score (14-10), a voluntary action claimed by the CGT Energie 47. According to TF1, a claim statement had leaked in the morning and the club had been warned of a possible action.

The power cut lasted a good half hour, before the match resumed for the last thirty minutes. The mayor of Agen, Jean Dionis, present at the stadium on Thursday evening, announced that the municipality was going to file a complaint.
