After postponing and then canceling her concerts last year for health reasons, Celine Dion has shown little of late. The singer, who announced in December 2022 that she was suffering from “very rare neurological disorder”, had not reappeared since then. It was during a hockey match between the Montreal Canadiens and the Las Vegas Golden Knigts that she made her first public appearance again, Monday October 30 in Las Vegas.
A meeting after which she gave her support to the Quebecers, even going to the locker rooms. Photos of this moment were published on the social network X, on the accounts of the Canadian team as well as that of the singer herself.
“My sons and I had a lot of fun meeting the Montreal Canadiens after their hockey game against the Golden Knights from Las Vegas Monday evening”, wrote the singer on X. “They played so well, what a game!!! Thanks for meeting us after the game, guys! Have a good season everyone!”, wished Celine Dion. The Canadiens team account, for its part, published a video of the meeting between the iconic artist and the players, in the locker room. With this note: “When emblems of Quebec meet in Las Vegas“.
