Cars with summer tires remain stranded
Late winter falls on parts of Germany
At the start of the new week, winter weather surprised some parts of Germany. Ten centimeters of snow falls in the Harz Mountains within just a few hours. Because some drivers had already put on their summer tires, they ended up stranded on slopes.
