Archbishop Cardinal Reinhard Marx welcomes in the Palais Holnstein, his official residence in the center of Munich. Passing a bust of Benedict, we enter a large meeting room. Under the eyes of the Archbishops of Munich, painted in oil, you can take off your coats beforehand. Almost two weeks ago, the law firm Westpfahl Spilker Wastl published the abuse report for the archdiocese. Marx, 68, commissioned it.
