Cardano Founder Excited for First Round of Testing on Cardano Vasil Node

Charles Hoskinson The founders of Cardano seemed excited when the first SPO (stake pool operators) upgraded to the newly released Cardano 1.35.0 node. Over the weekend, Cardano’s IOHK shared the positive news of the successful launch of the Cardano 1.35.0 node, which it said would be the last option for the mainnet launch of Vasil, adding that it informed the community. SPO that supports testnet now that the new node is ready for use.

Developer Cardano said the release of the node was still a “significant step” towards the Vasil hardfork.

This is because testnet upgrade offers are sent as soon as 75% of stake pool operators join.

IOHKCardano’s core software is claimed to be code-complete, according to an update released over the weekend. Positive performance and cost improvements were also seen during testing of the new Plutus v2 code, including a new CIP that can significantly increase the performance of smart contracts.

Four different CIPs, including CIP-31 (Reference Inputs), CIP-32 (Inline Datums), CIP-33 (Reference Scripts), and CIP-40 (Collateral Outputs), are expected to be included in the update. Upcoming Vasil

IOG continues to prepare for the launch of the Vasil testnet hardfork following the successful launch of the testnet hardfork. Exchanges and SPOs have four weeks to complete all necessary tests before the mainnet fork.
