This year Camilla celebrates a very special birthday: it is her first start into a new year as Queen of Great Britain.
A special birthday greeting for a special birthday: Celebrate this Monday (July 17). Camilla’s first birthday as Queen of Great Britain. King Charles III’s wife (74) is 76 years old – on this occasion, the King’s Troop – the unit of the British army responsible for ceremonial tasks – does not miss the opportunity to honor the newly crowned Queen with a gun salute.

41 cannon shots are said to have been fired by the Royal Horse Artillery Battery in Green Park in London on Monday afternoon. This was announced by those responsible for the royal parks in London via Twitter at.
The palace congratulates the queen
On the Royal Family’s Instagram account congratulations to Camilla could already be read in the Instagram story on Monday morning. For three different pictures of the jubilarian it says: “We wish Her Majesty, the Queen, a wonderful birthday today.” Princess Kate (41) and Prince William (41) have already joined the congratulations on social media.
The heir to the throne also congratulated King Charles’ wife with a photo in the Instagram story. It is not yet known how the Queen will spend her birthday this year. She celebrated her 75th birthday last year with a small family dinner organized by Charles, reports the Daily Mail. Among the guests were her daughter Laura Lopes, her son Tom Parker Bowles and her sister Annabel Elliot.
Camilla spent the week leading up to her 76th birthday visiting Wimbledon and Cornwall, among other places.
