Kylian Mbappe and Erling Haaland were also in talks at Barca. For Dani Alves it is clear who he would rather have in his team.
Defender Dani Alves from FC Barcelona has a clear favorite when choosing between Kylian Mbappe and Erling Haaland. The Brazilian would rather sign the PSG star than Borussia Dortmund’s goalscorer.
The two star strikers are in great demand and have also been traded as newcomers at Barca in recent weeks. When asked about it, Alves said Sports: “Mbappe is more complete than Haaland in all aspects. I wouldn’t do crazy things for him. Seriously: I wouldn’t spend a lot of money on Haaland.”

The Brazilian continued: “If I make a big investment, then it has to be done in the best way. If it was up to me, I would bet on Mbappe.”
The young Frenchman is free this summer. There is much to be said for a move to Barcelona’s archrival Real Madrid. BVB star Haaaland was also in focus at Real. He currently looks like a transfer to Manchester City.
