What a boom it was in the past few months: “The price of wood is going through the roof”, you can read in this newspaper. Lots of exports, too little good wood, Corona – a lot came together. Above all, therefore, complaints were heard: from furniture makers, do-it-yourselfers or those willing to build, who should quickly pay several thousand euros more for the roof structure of their house. But where prices go up and a lot of money flows, there must also be profiteers? In other words: can’t you benefit from this development yourself by buying a piece of forest? An investment in nature, in land – with obviously a nice return.
