Politicians also need a vacation, this year perhaps more urgently than ever. After a last nerve-wracking week of meetings, there seems to be one certainty for the members of the German Bundestag: at least they don’t have to interrupt their summer holidays because of a special meeting on the heating law, the traffic light coalition was actually able to agree on that far. Since recently in the corridors of the Reichstag building hardly anything was heard as often as the word “ready for vacation”, first of all: have a good rest everyone!
