Another day of negotiations in the Abou Chaker process, in which the rapper Anis Ferchichi, aka Bushido, is also involved. An explosive sound document was discussed, which the star revealed last week.

The rapper Laas United testified for three quarters of an hour this morning, then it was about the topic that everyone in the packed hall had been waiting for: the audio file, its existence and content star unveiled last week. The recording documents a meeting on January 18, 2018 that was decisive for the main allegations against Arafat Abou-Chaker. It refutes statements made by key witness Anis Ferchichi aka Bushido in tearful appearances in court and on which the main allegations of the prosecution are based.

Bushido’s legal counsel is trying to raise doubts about the stern report

Bushido had described how the Abou-Chakers allegedly locked, threatened, insulted and physically abused him for four hours. After starreport on the audio file, he had announced on Instagram that he would stick to his presentation. This morning he was again sitting as a joint plaintiff in room 500 of the district court when the presiding judge said: “Events are happening, I have that too star read”. The defense of Arafat Abou-Chaker submitted a stick with the file mentioned there to the court. Copies of it would now be made available to all parties to the process. The court will have the audio document examined by an independent expert.

“I don’t want to listen to the tape at all,” claimed Bushido’s legal counsel and tried to cast doubt on the report star and to fuel the findings of an audio forensic scientist who was quoted there after a thorough analysis of the recording. Due to health problems of a lay judge, the main hearing had to be broken off. The discussion will presumably continue next Monday on the basis of content – ​​by then all parties involved in the process should know what can and cannot be heard on the audio file.
