A 21-year-old man from Toulouse was robbed at the start of the week, on the 2nd floor of a building in the Jolimont district of Toulouse, reports The Dispatch. Absent for a few days, he had left it to a friend to come and feed his two kittens. It is he who, intrigued by traces of blood in the kitchen, discovers the body of the disembowelled little cat, inside the refrigerator.
In shock, he warned the kitten’s owner, who filed a complaint at the police station. According to information from The Dispatch, the Toulouse public prosecutor’s office opened an investigation for “burglary theft” and “act of cruelty to animals leading to death”. It was by climbing the facade of the building that the burglars entered the victim’s home. An investigation was launched to find the perpetrators of these acts. It is unknown what condition the second kitten is in.
