The Italian transfer journalist Fabrizio Romano reports that Juventus Turin and Hesse are only four million euros apart. The 29-year-old Kostic still has a year’s contract with Eintracht and should agree with the Italians. Kostic wanted to leave last summer and tried to force a move to Lazio with a strike.
The Hessians, on the other hand, are planning on Wednesday evening (9 p.m. / RTL and DAZN) against Real Madrid with the winger. “Something has been reported from Italy for weeks. I’ll stop commenting on it. We’ll see what happens,” said sporting director Markus Krösche. In order to prevent a free transfer next summer, selling Kostic is a realistic option. The “Bild-Zeitung” reports a possible transfer fee of twelve million euros.
