Borussia Dortmund took advantage of Bayern Munich’s unexpected mistake. Coach Marco Rose’s team defeated the weakened VfB Stuttgart 2-1 (0-0) and reduced the gap to the leaders to one point. Munich had surprisingly lost at FC Augsburg on Friday (1: 2).
Donyell Malen (56th) and Marco Reus (85th) scored the goals for Dortmund.
