It is now clear that BVB goalkeeper Kobel will be out for the top game in Munich. Another Dortmund player is also out for the game on Saturday.

The top game in the Bundesliga this Saturday (6.30 p.m./Sky) between FC Bayern Munich and Borussia Dortmund will take place without striker Donyell Malen and regular goalkeeper Gregor Kobel.

As BVB announced, the Dutch international suffered a blow to his thigh in the 2-1 defeat against Germany and will not travel to Munich. The Swiss goalkeeper Kobel is also out of the fourth-placed team’s game against the second team after he was recently unable to train due to a gastrointestinal infection.

Dortmund will probably have to do without Ramy Bensebaini until next season. The Algerian returned from the national team with an inner ligament injury. “He doesn’t need an operation, but will have to wear a splint for the next few weeks. It is very unlikely that he will be able to play this season,” said BVB coach Edin Terzic.

On the other hand, striker Sébastien Haller is available again. The Ivory Coast international and Africa Cup winner has recovered from an ankle injury he suffered in February. The Dortmund team said he had trained completely with the team over the past 14 days and was ready for the game against Bayern.
