Faced with complaints from traders, the Minister of the Economy, Bruno Le Maire, said this Thursday on France Inter, that he wanted the summer sales to begin on June 30, instead of June 23.
Believing that the postponement of the summer sales last year had not been a good thing for all traders, he considered “wiser not to excessively postpone the date of the sales (…) I suggest that it be postponed to June 30, ”said the minister on France Inter, adding that this would be formalized quickly by the minister responsible for SMEs Alain Griset.
