Brunnthal – Money for the Gänseliesl – District of Munich

A federal program that supports early childhood education has been in place in Germany since 2016. Under the motto “Language daycare centers: Because language is the key to the world”, the Federal Ministry of Family Affairs promotes language education integrated into everyday life as an integral part of child day care. With the action program “Catching up after Corona for children and adolescents”, 1000 additional skilled workers in language day-care centers across Germany can now benefit from money. The “Gänseliesl” children’s home in Brunnthal, which is run by the workers’ welfare organization, will also benefit from this from September 1st. The facility is being supported with more than 22,300 euros. “This is an important step towards more equal opportunities. Language is simply the key,” says the CSU member of the Bundestag Florian Hahn. There are a total of 24 eligible language day-care centers in the Munich-Land constituency.
