Brunnthal – Four injured in an accident at the Munich-South motorway junction – Munich district

During an unsuccessful overtaking maneuver in the area of ​​the Munich-South motorway junction, an accident occurred at around 8.20 a.m. on Sunday morning, in which a small van overturned. Four people were slightly injured. An emergency doctor was flown in by helicopter and the motorway in the direction of travel to the A99 was temporarily closed. A 30-year-old driver from Bad Aibling had tried to overtake a delivery van coming from the right in the middle lane. He wanted to switch to the left lane and collided with the van, which was being driven by a 25-year-old from Echinger. The van then left the roadway to the right and rolled over. Three people in the van and the 30-year-old were taken to a clinic. Both vehicles involved had to be towed. Damage according to the police: around 50,000 euros.
