Shock for the cashier: This brown bear walks into a 7-Eleven store to get some candy.
Employee Christopher Kinson unsuspectingly works the night shift at the store in Olympic Valley, California.
Suddenly the door opens, but he sees no customers. Looking down, he spots the brown bear.
The predator takes a leisurely look around and grabs the nearest snack shelf without further ado.
“I always kept my distance and had the back door nearby to escape if he attacked me. I was scared at first, but they only want to eat. But you always have to be careful.”
The whole situation repeats itself several times. Again and again the bear brings the treats outside and comes back in to get more.
Even when Christopher tries to keep the door closed with a stick, that doesn’t stop the bear. The hunger is obviously too great.
