Brown bear attack in Italy: animal rights activist wants to adopt “Gaia”

The authorities then released them for shooting. What will happen to Gaia after the court order is uncertain. Cristina Lapis pleads for a rescue of the bear. Since 1997, the 68-year-old and her husband have been running the Zărnești bear sanctuary in Romania, which is home to 118 brown bears that depend on human help. She has a suggestion on how to deal with the bear.
