Brought down by the Covid, the only libertine club in Beauvais is for sale… fully equipped

Shaken by the coronavirus health crisis, the owners of a libertine club in Beauvais, in the Oise, have decided to sell their business. The announcement was posted on the Bon Coin site last Monday, at a price of 160,000 euros. For this sum, the future purchaser will have a work tool ready to use, provided that it is a question of resuming the same activity.

Located rue de Clermont, at the entrance to Beauvais, the Entre-deux has a reputation that goes beyond the municipal limits. A reputation linked to its unusual activity and the fact that this type of establishment is not very widespread in the area. Moreover, the opinions on the Internet are rather glowing: “Top sexy atmosphere and courtesy of rigor”, or even, “human size and friendly staff”, can we read. But the coronavirus has been there, to the great despair of some regulars: “The health rules are very, very well respected, which completely distorts the spirit of the place”, deplores a couple.

Penalizing barrier gestures for such an activity

When the bars were able to reopen, the barrier gestures were certainly penalizing, but much less than for a libertine club. Suddenly, the owners of the Entre-deux pass the hand. “Sell goodwill, area 300 m2” at 160,000 euros, announcement the post on Le Bon Coin.

Everything is left as is and the text details the various facilities, including 5 cuddly corners, a viewing room, a “glory hole”, 2 VIP corners, a cage or even 2 pole dance bars. The price also includes, and this is not negligible, a license 4 allowing the sale of alcohol. The future buyer is free to keep the soul of the place or to turn it into a simple bar, even if it means leaving the cage empty.
