Alexis Pinturault took the fold of the Super-G. The French skier went for the bronze medal in the specialty at the Courchevel-Méribel Worlds, two days after winning gold in the combined. Pinturault was beaten only by Canadian James Crawford, a surprise winner ahead of Alexander Aamodt Kilde by a hundredth of a second. In the retro of the French, we find leaders like the two Marcos, Odermatt and Schwarz.
Pinturault regains a taste for medals, he who was, before these worlds, mounted only once on a podium, that of Beaver Creek. It was precisely in Super-G, his new favorite discipline.
