Margot Robbie is an established actress, but she says she still has to prove herself as a producer.
The actress has indeed entrusted to Vanity Fair that she is sometimes not invited to production meetings, because we imagine her calling herself a producer out of vanity.
“Then everyone realizes after a few months, ‘Oh, she’s actually a producer.’ But even then, people direct all money matters to my producing partners, never to me. And so many times, Tom and Josey have to say, ‘That’s the one to ask, actually,’” she reveals.
With her production company LuckyChap, Margot Robbie notably produced Me Tonyaand Promising Young Woman.
