Boris Johnson’s days are numbered. Power turns away from the British prime minister, mutinies and flees. Because Johnson loves ship metaphors: once the barge begins to lurch, at some point it can no longer be stabilized. The load slides from port to starboard and back again more violently the stronger the rocking motion becomes. At some point the boat capsizes. Boris Johnson will drown in it.
