Bored Ape Yacht Club (BAYC) NFT Floor Prices Hit Record Levels As creators of Yuga Labs prepare to sell a new collection for their metaverse project, Otherside.
The BAYC NFT price now costs a minimum of 152 ETH (almost $434,000) on the NFT OpenSea market and a new record high for both ETH and USD, according to The Block Research, citing data from Dune Analytics.
BAYC NFTs were launched a year ago at 0.08 ETH (about $200), while the current price means that early users earn 216,900% profits in dollars.
Yuga Labs has grown rapidly since the launch of Bored Apes, with the company raising $4 billion in a $450 million seed funding round.
The BAYC collection has totaled nearly $2 billion in sales to date, according to data from CryptoSlam Yuga is also the creator of the Mutant Ape Yacht Club and Bored Ape Kennel Club NFT, which have sales of more than $1.3 billion and $312 million respectively.
