The curtain goes up and three shells open. They include Luise Deborah Daberkow, Anne Stein and Lukas Darnstädt, prepared like fairytale water creatures, with fins on their feet, conch ears and funny hair growths. The three creatures begin to sing, a very long “aaaaaaah”, vowels mix into a harmonious triad, from which the title of the evening slowly and very stretched out emerges: “Everything is over, but we have each other.” And, almost as an appendix: “We’ll be there soon.” That doesn’t sound threatening, but very friendly.
