Bobosse charcuterie has broken the record for the largest andouillette in the world

Almost 17 meters! The Bobosse charcuterie from Lyon has broken the record for the longest andouillette in the world. According to the company’s research, the precedent was set in 1994 at 10.80 meters, or six meters less than the feat achieved this Friday in the Saint-Jean-d’Ardières manufacturing workshop, near Lyon.

“We have been preparing for about a year,” confided Fabrice Foury, production manager at Bobosse for thirty-two years. The hardest part of the design was finding the right hoses.”
