Maybe it was a fundamentally stupid idea to get on a bike in a storm. But the time budget is chronically tight, the leisure credit is always in the red and now an opportunity has arisen: The whole family goes to friends in the country, spends the night next to the farm and so on, a weekend together. Functional underwear dad is allowed to cycle to the destination while the rest of the family drives the car, it is, if you will, socially responsible cycling in the nuclear family context. Only the weather was angry and stormy, but with an urgent wish at the back of your neck, almost anything can be glossed over. So looking at the weather app and checking out the street only served to give yourself permission.
