Fritz Thyssen and Hugo Stinnes are dead, but they Ruhr barons life. Ruhr barons is a blog from Bochum with texts about politics, music and BVB and Schalke-focused sports reports. With the participation of the later Corrective-Founder David Schraven launched the project 16 years ago, a reaction to the media decline in the Ruhr area, where local editorial offices closed, newspaper sections were merged and readership was dwindling.
