As Bitkub Blockchain Technology Co., Ltd. (“Company”) has been notified of an issue arising between VRZO Co., Ltd. (“VRZO”) and NFT Profile Picture buyers (“Buyers”) from the store. VRZO’s Crypto Ronin NFT Profile Picture opened on its Bitkub NFT platform (“Bitkub NFT”) to sell the NFT Profile Picture to Bitkub NFT users and advertise to the general public that such NFT Profile Picture can be used. VRZO’s Crypto Ronin game project (the “Project”) on the Bitkub Chain blockchain, but later the Company was notified by a representative of the buyer group. to the following problems

Buyer’s representatives therefore wish to request a refund of the NFT Profile Picture sold by VRZO and Buyer’s representatives claim to have communicated such request to VRZO, but VRZO ignored, failed to act or communicated with them. The Buyer The Buyer Group has therefore notified the aforementioned problems and wishes to the Company as a service provider of the Bitkub Chain blockchain, which the project will provide services on the said blockchain. to ask the company to act as a liaison between the buyer group and VRZO to negotiate the aforementioned issues.
According to the Company’s due diligence, it was found that the Project was only a Registered Project, not a Verified Project or Official Project of Bitkub Chain. Therefore does not give approval for the implementation of the project. Nor does it endorse the NFT Profile Picture of the Crypto Ronin game sold on the Bitkub NFT platform. The company only authorizes VRZO to sell the NFT Profile Picture on Bitkub NFT. Freely use for trading, trading, exchanging NFTs within the framework of applicable laws. And according to Appendix 1 (Appendix) of the Bitkub NFT Terms of Service, the Company does not support or assist any accounts in Bitkub NFT that are intended for (a) unlawful activities or (b) business use. that is unfair, takes advantage or deceives consumers Including but not limited to the sale or provision of any services of such nature.
However, the Company has Bitkub Chain users in mind and in order to protect the interests of the Bitkub Chain community, the Company has sent a letter to VRZO to inquire about the progress of the project. and inquire about the date and time VRZO intends to make an appointment between VRZO and a representative from the buyer group. to negotiate to solve the problem with a reasonable response time But it appears that VRZO ignored and did not reply in writing to the company in any way. The Company therefore considers that due to the problems between VRZO and the buyer group, VRZO’s Project is subject to a high level of legal risk. Revoke access to the VRZO account registered for development on Bitkub Chain and bring the project. Therefore, the Company has exercised such right to revoke access to VRZO’s account registered for the development of the Project. and lead the project The said project is removed from the registered project (Registered Project) of Bitkub Chain and brought the project.
