Panic can sometimes be read from a single line. Or several, all pointing in the same direction. On Saturday, for example, on the price charts of many cryptocurrencies: Bitcoin, Ethereum, Cardano, Ripple – everywhere it went down again steeply. Bitcoin plummeted well below the $20,000 mark, losing nearly two-thirds of its value in six months. Prices stabilized somewhat on Sunday, but many investors suffered enormous losses.
