Binance, the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchange, announced its first Customer Service Center in Turkey, according to Cointelegraph Turkey.
Binance chose Turkey, which founded a local company about two years ago. It is the pilot country for this new service.
The reason for choosing Turkey is The high amount of traffic that the exchange receives from this country.
Information from Similarweb showthat Turkey accounts for over 7% of desktop browsers accessing the main Binance platform.
which Binance willgive24/7 customer care support to Turkish customers through the app. According to the announcement shared with Cointelegraph Turkey and is set to expand the service globally if the pilot test in Turkey is successful.
Binance CEO Changpeng Zhao said at the Paris Blockchain Week Summit that the company plans to expand its customer service.
“Right now we only support our customers through messaging. and in the future We aim to provide this service over the phone in all countries as well.”
