With the new Minimal Viable Product license, Binance is able to offer a wide range of services to qualified retail and institutional investors in Dubai, including:

- Conversion between digital assets and fiat currencies
- digital asset transfer
- Digital Asset Custody and Management
- Virtual token offering and trading services
- Digital Asset Payment and Transfer Service
Binance has been vigorously seeking regulatory approval in the Middle East. with a special focus on the United Arab Emirates. In April, Binance received interim approval to operate as a broker-dealer in digital assets in the UAE capital, Abu Dhabi.
Binance has also been approved to operate in Kazakhstan, France and Spain this year.
