Bibo, the cult bird from “Sesame Street”, has made his corona vaccination public on Twitter. US President Joe Biden likes it – the Republicans smell “propaganda”.
Very few would find it exciting when a bird chirps something. But as soon as it comes to the corona virus, even previously believed certainties no longer seem to be resilient. Admittedly, it wasn’t just any bird that came with his Tweet caused a stir – at least among the permanently excited in the fight against pandemics.

Bibo, the big yellow bird from “Sesame Street”, has made his Covid-19 vaccination public on Twitter. In the farce around Bibo, only the Republicans have really left feathers, it seems. In the big late night shows (like here, here and here) they are drawn through the cocoa with relish for their reactions. Often with the same tenor: That’s usually how silly the Muppets are.
