In Berlin, the Berlinale begins this Thursday (February 15th). Oscar winner Lupita Nyong’o (“12 Years a Slave”) is leading the international jury this year, which will have its first appearance in the morning (10:25 a.m.). The International Film Festival is scheduled to open in the evening (7:30 p.m.) with the drama “Small Things Like These”. Lead actor Cillian Murphy (“Oppenheimer”), among others, is expected in the capital. Along with Cannes and Venice, the Berlinale is one of the world’s largest film festivals.
